After their EP, Solitude, unveiled to the world in 2022 under the Wormholedeath banner, Nastergal continues their journey with their debut full-length album. A dark and enigmatic opus, The Untold  War emerges as an ode to existential turmoil, drawing inspiration from the profound wisdom encapsulated within Friedrich Nietzsche’s seminal work, Thus Spoke Zarathustra.

 

Playing an Infernal black metal brutalized by an evil death metal followed by rapid riffage, vocals which involves frost-bitten old-school black metal vocals, drums, which delves into the vast world of rapid and intense brutal drum work and blast beats drums are monster kill with tempo and speed changes at the right time

This international black metal band or black/death this is how I describe their style black/death  it’s not really true black metal especially compared to their album cover by the way it’s not fit with The Untold  War,they should have put some evil/satan things with an apocalyptic landscape destroyed and devastateby an endless infernal warwho revealsconflicts of a world.

Because at first, I underestimated The Untold  War by this fucking cover fortunately their content can have a great success and it is a very promising start ,add The Untold  War directly without  thinking to your collection.

Corpus Diavolis, I’m surprised by this frenchy black metal band globally their album is perfect or almost perfect, evil black metal style with corpse paint nails and bloody ritualistic things in( traditional black metal )

Elixiria Ekstasis be composed of nine tracks of intense black metal sometimes it’s becomes to death metal or black/death metal but the result is strong and solid blackmetal,Elixiria Ekstasisis hosted by the French label Les Acteurs de l'Ombre Productions.

Thematically the album is steeped in occultism, sexuality and Satanism with ritualistic black metal, Elixiria Ekstasis is intended to be a hymn to women and their aura you can see that concept in black metal universe

the band does come up with some solid individual riffs and choral sections , there are also some riffing undercurrents more redolent of classic death metal which snake their way into the darkest apocryphal and maybe ambient atmosphere,production is clean and powerful cutting (edge technology), serpentine riffs so important, to the louder, broader doomed chord patterns that they'll often transcend into. The rhythm guitars , always layering in some atmospheric, open ringing notes or chords to the slower segments, and then picking up volatility and wicked attitude when the speed increases. The other strength is the vox, which are mixed between dependable rasps, growls and grimy narrative passages, and then these great, deep male choir bits which work wonderfully when the percussion gets a little more thunderous and tribaladding to this tempo are changes at the right time ,Elixiria Ekstasis takes you straight back to the ’90s. With blood-laced tremolos, meaty riffs straight from hell, incessant ferocious blast beats when sometimes it turn to brutal black metal .

in any case I think you can add Elixiria Ekstasis  to your collection.

Ranked on the top 20 in Heavyhops (African metal) and this Carthaginian black metal band (Primordial Black mix black and heavy metal with maybe modern groovy touch. I don’t see the traditional black metal in their concept no corpse paints no nails but in other side we can describe their style blackened death metal)

This band released their debut EP Monas Hieroglyphica (2024) hosted by the French label M&O MUSIC and It contains 4 tracks of mix black heavy metal with groovy touch (Monas Hieroglyphica) maybe Primordial Black want to obtain modern things (the EP cover resume this point ), because it seems to U.S black metal  more than the European traditional black metal , but their work is very acceptable tempo changes at  the right time melodies and guitar riffs are pretty awesome ,good drumming  just vocals not really black metal you can classify as blackned death vocals in any case the big work are composed and recorded by Yasser (the marketer ,the designer ,the engineer and composer of the band), the band is motivated and influenced by various styles ,the EP Monas Hieroglyphica begin with Atrocity Guides we are welcomed by a beautiful intro a melodic , with touches of modernity The Worm That Gnaws at Night dark atmosphere throaty guttural singing no need for more details because we already had a glimpse of this track on the single in Next we have Only Death Is Real pure death metal growl with heavy riffs and melody, the last track Monas Hieroglyphica  black death and tempo changes  at the right time .... This EP marks just the beginning of Primordial Black's journey, promising more to come from the band in the future.
